**WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY**

By purchasing and/or using any products from Horse and Balance Asia, a division of Vorgers Malessa Group Limited ("the Company"), you ("the Customer") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. This waiver of liability and disclaimer of warranty constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
### 1. **Product Liability**
The Company shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss to individuals or property arising from the ownership, possession, or use of any product sold or delivered by the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims, actions, suits, proceedings, investigations, or complaints that may arise now or in the future. The Customer acknowledges that equestrian sports inherently involve risks, and the use of our products cannot eliminate or mitigate those risks. By purchasing and using our products, the Customer assumes all such risks.
### 2. **Disclaimer of Warranty**
The Company makes no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding any product sold. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties as to the description, quality, merchantability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any products, or any other warranties that may otherwise be implied by law. All such warranties are hereby expressly excluded and disclaimed.
### 3. **Limitation of Liability**
In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the Customer or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from the use or misuse of the products sold by the Company. This limitation applies regardless of whether the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
### 4. **Support and Assistance**
For any warranty issues related to a specific product, the Customer is advised to contact the respective brand’s customer service department directly. While the Company disclaims any liability or responsibility for such issues, we are available to assist the Customer in contacting the relevant brand should you require help. The Company’s assistance does not constitute an assumption of responsibility or liability for the product.
By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and understand that certain products, activities, or objects involved in the or with any product sold via Horse and Balance Asia part of Vorgers Males group may pose a risk of choking, particularly for young children or individuals who may accidentally ingest small parts.
I acknowledge that:

Choking Risk: Small parts or items included in or associated with any product sold via Horse and Balance Asia part of Vorgers Males group can present a choking hazard. I understand that these risks may be higher for children under the age of 3 years.

Supervision: I agree that it is my responsibility to supervise any child or individual who may be at risk of choking and to ensure that such individuals do not come into contact with small objects that could pose a choking hazard.

Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the potential for choking and understand that company
Horse and Balance Asia part of Vorgers Males group is not liable for any injury, harm, or damage caused by failure to properly supervise or manage the use of small parts or objects. -
Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless
Horse and Balance Asia part of Vorgers Males group from any claims, damages, or losses arising from any choking incident, whether resulting from negligence or otherwise.
